Our real estate agents use our app to help plan their day. They rely heavily on fieldwork so a simple, mobile-friendly is required. The function we are looking to redesign is our reminders main page and the individual reminder detail card. The hurdle we are running into is that we need to display a lot of information but don't want it to appear cluttered.

Our current interface is visually dated and not as intuitive as we would like it to be for new users. We are looking for a sleek, modern, somewhat visually minimalistic interface that allows the user to view as much pertinent information and perform as many primary functions as possible from the main screen. Must be Mobile forward since agents use this function in the field. The goal is to minimize "clicks" for the agents and have the most important information front and center. Possibly using visual queues and colors to help key into important information? Our users want a lot of information and functionality at their fingertips and I'm stumped on the best way to lay it all out and organize it! Our current theme is muted blues and greys. We would like to stick with something similar since this is one piece of a larger application and want a cohesive feel, but are open to interpretations that aren't too far removed.

Screen 1: Reminders Main/Summary Screen [This is the hub to see all of your open reminders. Clicking into the reminder will open the reminder details, screen 2] - Search, Filter, & Sort - Reminder Category: Examples include Closing Today, Option Expiring, Sale Closed, MLS Status Change, etc. There are about 8 types of reminders. - Ability to specify the urgency of Hot, Warm, or Cold - Shortcuts to call/text/email the associated contact - Tags - Actions to reset the reminder or resolve -Ability to select one or more reminders on this main screen and apply actions, tags, and urgency - The specific content will vary based on the Reminder Category. Here is the information needed for one category to use for design purposes: MLS Status Change: - Property Street Address, City - MLS ID (This is secondary info and links to the MLS website) - Change Type (i.e. Price Decrease, Pending to Active, etc.) - List Price - Offered Price - Rehab Estimate - NPO (Price Opinion) - Listing Agent Name - If there are unresolved reminders associated with the same listing agent contact for other properties, indicate how many and link to those other reminders - Action to resend the offer Screen 2: Reminder Details Details will be tailored based on the type of reminder. The example provided for design purposes is the MLS status change reminder. The detail needs to include the information above plus the following: - Complete Contact information for associated contact (Name, Phone, Email, Company Name) - Previous notes entered for the associated contact (Date/Time, notes, actions to add new/edit) - Communication Log summary (date/time, type of communication (i.e. call, text, email), content if text or email, link to recording if call) - Related properties (list of other properties associated with the contact) - Previous notes entered about the property (if property-related; Date/time, notes, actions to add new/edit) - Actions to reset the reminder, resolve, or cancel I have provided screenshots of our current product that needs to be improved upon. They are cluttered, and there is some information that isn't necessary on the detail screen (like social details for contacts), but we need some additional details and functions. Note that we primarily use this on mobile but I had to take screenshots on desktop to get the content to fit on one image. Bring your ideas! How can we make this incredibly user-friendly without sacrificing information or functions?
